Do you provide ODM/OEM service?
We specialize in customized metal and plastic machining, OEM / ODM are welcome, with a professional and creative R&D team, we provide service from concept to design, material suggestion to surface treatment selection, prototype sample, function testing and installation.
What kinds of information will you need for quotation?
Prodcuts drawing, quantity and surface treatment requirement are basic information for cost calculation, you can email your products drawing (3D in STEP or IGES and 2D in PDF or DXF format) , the more detail you provide, the better price would be offered.
What should I do if do not have products data?
Besides machining service, we also provide service for products desgin and installation, you can provide your idea or sample, we will design your products or make drawing for you before start sample or mass production.
Shall my drawings be safe after sent to your compnay?
We are responsible to protect your products copy right and keep your products data safely, we would also sign confidentiality agreement with your company if necessary.
How does your factory control product quality?
Base on ISO9001: 2015 quantity system, we check goods quality from every step from IQC, IPQC and OQC, and follow and get feedback from buyer after sale for better improving.
Is it possible to know how are my products going on without visiting your company?
When order start, we will estimate delivery time according to quotation sheet information or your plan, and will updated processing schedule with lately photos once a week.
How long I can get a sample?
Normally it will take about 2~7 days to finish a sample, it depends on different parts construction. It is ok to make working plan according to customer's project schedule.
What is lead time for mass production?
Normally, production schedule start from order conifrm or deposit payment, delivery time is according to lead time mentioned on quotation sheet, and there will be some exclusive plan for urgent products.
What is the payment terms?
It is ok to be paid via T/T, Alibaba trade platform, Paypal, L/C and ect. We except payment 100% at purchasing order for small oder or samples order, and accept 30%~50% deposit at purchasing order and balance payment before delivery for big amount of order. It is negotiable for exclusive products or customer.
